Here at nicks we use the freshest ingredients available and prepare everything to order in our own unique, humble and thoughtful style.  We take great pride in creating each and every aspect of your meal, from start to finish. We take great effort in serving you and thank you for dining with us.  We hope that you to enjoy the food, drink, company and atmosphere.  We hope that you enjoy your experience here at nicks on broadway.

If you have any food allergies, dietary restrictions or sensitivities please let your chef or server know and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs.  Please be advised that special requests may require additional time to prepare and additional charges. If you have food sensitivities, meats and seafood should be ordered thoroughly cooked.

Tasting Menu

The chef creates and prepares a special menu for you.  We offer a choice of three courses ($45) or six courses ($80).

You may choose to have all savory courses, choose to have dessert or cheese for your last course, or let the chef decide.

Please advise your server of any strong likes, dislikes or allergies so that the chef may take them into consideration when designing your menu.

Please be advised that if everyone at your table does not decide to have a tasting meal they will experience an extremely longer wait between courses, this is why for parties larger than 2 we request that the entire table participate.

Wine pairings available for the entire tasting meal or for selected courses, at a charge of $5 per course.

Starters

Schartner Farm parsnip + local sweet onion soup, with crème fraîchè, olive oil + char-grilled bread $8

Local baby greens with Crystal Brook Farm goat cheese, pickled local cranberries, fresh citrus, honey-roasted pistachios + champagne vinaigrette $9

Narragansett Bay oysters chilled on the half-shell with Barden’s Family Orchard apple, black-pepper + local sweet onion mignonette $15

House-made charcuterie plate featuring Baffoni Farm chicken, Blackbird Farm beef + Stoney Hill Farm pork, with pâté, rillette, confit, lardo, greens, jams, mustard + char-grilled bread $15

Petite Rhode Island mussels with local winter vegetable broth, char-grilled sourdough + citrus-chili aioli $15

Cheese plate of selected artisan cheeses, with fruits, nuts, honey + bread  $14 for one/$20 for two

Everything here at nicks is prepared freshly to order.  Main courses traditionally take thirty to forty-five minutes to prepare.  We take pride in crafting your meal and appreciate your patience and understanding.
