Stony Hill Farm Pork with Local Pumpkin-Carrot Purée + Roasted Mushroom Jus

Cranberry-Cardamom Sorbet with Mint + Bubbles

Wine – “Le Pousseur” Syrah 2007

Peppered Rib Eye with Smoked Blackbird Short Rib, Schartner’s Potatoes, Cauliflower + Caper Jus

Wine – Vinferno 2008

Vanilla-Caramel Bread Pudding with Toasted Hazelnut Ice Cream + Candied Citrus

    The Third and Fifth courses sound fabulous. However, two of our guests are vegetarians (they eat fish, just not meat; they’re not vegans). Will you be offering any options for such folks of the non-meat persuasion Tues. night? (and I hope that sounded Randall Grahmish enough)
